Fitting Services

Riding Your Bike Shouldn’t Hurt – it’s as simple as that. As a rider, you don’t have to accept that riding enjoyment means enduring some level of
discomfort. Bikes may come in set sizes and geometries, but individuals don’t. As bike fit specialists, we understand the role of body alignment,
flexibility and balance and how these factors influence each rider uniquely.
When we apply these principles to each rider as an individual we are able to fine-tune all the geometry of your bike, as well as assist with form and riding style to create a perfectly pain free ride.
A pain free ride is what you desire and our fit specialists are trained to help you create it.

Call or stop by to book your appointment with our certified bike fit specialists.

Fit Cycle - 2.5 hours - $250
Are you looking for the ultimate in custom fit – a fit so custom that the ride could only truly ever be perfect for you?
Are you looking to customize every, and we mean every, aspect of your fit so you can design your dream ride?
If so, the Fit Cycle experience is for you.
When you climb on the Fit Cycle and work with our fit professionals every aspect of bike frame geometry can be finely tuned to the needs of your body not only based on size but the mechanics of how your body rides.

TT/Tri Fit - 2 hours - $200
Our TT/Triathlon fit is for the rider looking to optimize all aspects of their ride for comfort and optimal racing position.
The fit includes all aspects of our Body Fit but also includes the fitting process that accounts for the
angles and fit components needed when riding using aerobars and a more aggressive racing position.

Body Fit - 1.5 hours - $150

The Body Fit is entirely personal to you the rider.
Our Body Fit process takes into account the whole person when adjusting your bike to fit your needs and riding style.
We will address you specific anatomical considerations, which include not only body measurements but your degree of flexibility consideration of previous injuries, muscle strength and weakness, as well as personal riding style and cycling goals. Only then will we be able to fine tune the parameters of your bike - seat height and angle, fore and aft position, handlebar width and drop, stem length and rise. We may also make suggestions about form and alignment. The end result is a precisely-tuned bike giving you a pain free, optimal riding position on a bike that is designed truly just for you.
*The body fit does not include a cleat fitting

Cleat Fit - 1 hours - $75

A cleat fit will adjust the fore and aft of the cleat over the ball of the foot to prevent hot spots, numb feet and pinched nerves.
Our cleat fitting services use the R.A.D = Rotational Adjustment Device to align the cleat on the bottom of the shoe with the natural angle of your feet while pedaling.
This helps prevent rotational stress from being imposed on the ligaments and tendons of the ankles, knees and hips.

Floor Sizing - Included with bike purchase

When you purchase a new bike from Bucks County Bicycle we will ensure that you are matched with the appropriate size bike for your frame and riding needs. We will adjust your seat height and visually determine and make adjustments to ensure a neutral riding position for you on your bike with respect to height and reach.

Extreme Make Over House Edition

In hopes of making life better for her family, Marynoel Kilgallon bought a home that she thought would be an easy “fixer upper.” Soon after she started her own remodel, she found termite damage which inevitably made the house unsafe for habitation. While living in her parents’ dining room with her four boys, Marynoel was working two jobs to pay the mortgage, insurance and electricity for the house, which made it near impossible to save money for the reconstruction of the termite damaged house. Marynoel could only hope for a miracle that would move their family into their own home.

As Extreme Makeover: Home Edition made the trek across the United States, Pennsylvania was the next stop. In the Philadelphia suburb of Levittown, PA, the Kilgallon family’s wish for a livable home was granted.

The news spread quickly throughout the neighborhood and it wasn’t long before Scott Wueschinski, owner of Bucks County Bicycle Company, got word of the project. “I knew I had to get involved, the family was in the perfect location for safe family riding,” said Wueschinski.

As construction continued throughout the week long project, Ty and the team of designers worked to make the house perfect for the family. Bucks County Bicycle Company, teamed with Fuji, contributed with the donation of new bikes and helmets for the four boys to enjoy in their new neighborhood. “We work every day to make sure families can enjoy the outdoors with the best bikes and the safest helmets. We wanted to do our part for the family, and safe riding is what we know,” said Wueschinski.

The show aired on May 6th on ABC during Season 4 of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Read the full story on the Fuji Bikes web site.
